Warranty Period

Our products are covered for 90 days from the date of delivery.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  3. Wait for Approval — our team will review your claim within 72 hours
  4. Resolution — once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer

Replacement & Refund

  • If your item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you
  • If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund
  • We cover all shipping costs related to warranty claims — no charges to you
